We had a farm tour. I thought it was optional but it was obligatory, which totally obliterated my secret desire to take a nap. Unavoidably, I follwed my advisor and tried to have fun.

It wasn't so bad after all although I had difficulty...trying to avoid cow poop and goat poop. I couldn't even enjoy the nice scenery surrounding me, since I was so overwhelmed by the presence of poop that I just looked at the ground most of the time. Well, after stepping on few pieces of poop, I gave up trying to avoid poop and just cooly walked around.

Dylon was so into cows and goats. He kissed some cows and hugged goats. Later, we all went to the pig farm, and I expected that he'd kiss and hug pigs too, but he unexpectedly and strangely did not kiss or hug them...so I asked him "Do you not like pigs?''

He said "Idon't like animal that I can't not interact with".

We chilled playing music, talking and wrestling (I took these pics black and white in order to somehow beautify those moments, but they came out just little funny).

John endlessly played his guitar and Sierra just jammed with him.

Oh Dylon randomly jumped on me, trying to wrestle with me. It was unarguably the scariest moment of the trip....if not of my life.

Ah..!
Mariah is so strong!

Pat was roaming around telling people what to do and what not to do. She was basically very pedantic about whether everyone was preoccupied with work while herself was hypocritically and ironically not so busy doing anything very productive but criticizing others. Well she could argue that her job was to supervise others.

My favorite part of Pat's "job" was when Pat spotted Anna Bertucci eating a very tiny piece of sliced water melon and sarcastically said something like "No one can eat any food before food's ready".

Nate was sick. So he had to go home. I was honestly jealous, since I didn't want to stay at such a boring farm, but I now think it was a fine place to stay. It could have been better if Nate stayed for the whole time.

Hochul said "That cat has sexy eyes!"
I asked him, "How can a cat have sexy eyes? and added "That's a bit hard to understand".

I looked at the cat up close if it really has sexy eyes, but to me its eyes seemed just little insidious. I finalized that Hochul has this weird ability to interpret everything in his own lustful way that may resemble Kevin's understanding of the world.

I can't use the internet in Reagan...

and that's why I couldn't blog for a while :(

I will try to upload some more pics before graduation....

Anna and Pat's group had to cook dinner on the first day. I chose to be in Mandy's bokchoi wonton team, since I like Mandy.

To be honest, it was more because I figured I wouldn't be doing anything considering cooking wonton is not something everyone could do without much experience. I thought Mandy and Dan who are good cooks, would do everything for me and Gretchen.

I almost spelled wonton "wanton", meaning something totally different. Nora made a joke about this malapropism I remember.

It was to tease us I believe. Who eats raw horse radish? At first, i didn't even know it was something even edible. I thought it was a root of a random tree or something displayed for aesthetic purpose. Well, even so it was too ugly and Stephen Miller would have wanted to teach aesthetics to whoever put it there.

JP: woh. What are they doing? Are they kissing?
I: Yeah
Either Dan or Mandy: No we aren't!
JP: Oh, I thought you guys were kissing. Are you putting a makeup on Dan's face, Mandy?
Mandy: Yeah.
Dan: Oh, Louis don't blog that I kissed Mandy. That's not true and she'd get mad. Oh but actually, she would get even more disappointed if she finds out about the make up thing.

Although I knew who "she" was, I wanted to ask Dan who she is just to clarify who she is for anyone who doesn't know who she is. It's a side effect of blogging too much; I just have to explain or at least imply things unclear pellucidly to others.

"Oh, I look so different" said Kelsey as she looked at the picture.

"You look like an angel", I said to her in order to verbally re-express the extreme discrepancy between how she looks in the picture and how she looks in reality, but she took it as a complement I guess and said "Thank you".

Jeremy's wife affirmed "Animals here are very happy" when she introduced the farm to us. But I wonder how she could be so sure; the milk cows looked so miserable chained in a pen.

I felt some sort of sorriness as I looked at them but at the same time felt humiliated by myself who would drink milk even after feeling sorry for them.

Jeremy's wife whose name I forgot said "You guys can wrestle as long as you don't damage the cabins".

Some of us, Pro Wrestling fans, got excited by that cool rule and secretly smiled at each other.
In order to wrestle funly while not violating farm rules (and not getting caught by Anna Bertucci), they wrestled very softly and quietly (if not silently) in the dead zone.

The next morning when Stephen and Anna were absent in the cabin, I wrestled Seunghwan too. We got little mad at each other for some reason although we knew we were just playing.

This is the cabin I slept in. Well, we couldn't stay up late since Stephen, Anna, Soren and his brother in Anna's belly also slept in our cabin, but it was actually better for me in that I indeed like sleeping early in total silence and darkness (it wasn't too quiet though since other boys in the cabin next to ours were so loud that the noise they made penetrated the wall).

I didn't take this picture, but whoever photographed Alex and Ana has a good point.

This is the center cabin where we had meetings and such.

Linda kept calling it Main Building. Of course, I laughed at the misnomer, but I somehow could understand where she was directing to in spite of the misnomer, since the cabin indeed felt like our Main Building. Though, she started calling the cafeteria "Main Building" as well, so I couldn't really know which place she was exactly referring to.

I avoided Linda whenever she appeared, after at some point she started calling pretty much every buidling Main building - there were only few buildings at the farm resembling each other, so I can sort of understand why she got confused-, for I simply didn't want to be acclimatized by Linda's strange notion.

I was going to make the seinors' special hand gesture, but I figured it was quite too inappropriate. So.. instead, I made "I love you" sign.

When I first saw this picture, my gaze got fixed on Hochul's face, awkwardly dumbfounded.

Jooyeob took this picture. I was very happy at that moment by the way, since it was when someone told me the farm we were going to was only 20minutes away from Oakwood; I frankly thought it was at least an hour away.

JP kept shouting "Senior 09! We are done with high school forever!" and Kevin just copied JP with full fidelity to JP.

That's Seunghwan clinching his teeth for no reason. Although this picture is really bad and I feel sorry for Seunghwan, I think it's a good representative of Seunghwan.

The bag I am holding in the picture is not a plastic bag. It's just a really big loose bag made of quite elastic fabric filled with my bedding.

I thought Jeremy or Anna would provide the boarders sleeping bags, but neither of them did. And that's why I had to bring my own bedding to the senior trip.

Jooyeob photographed me, and said I look like a refugee.
