I was there playing the piano during lunch. Nate and Sierra called me and started clapping at the lobby. They said "Yay, Louis" or something. I was somewhat annoyed not because they were making noise or anything but since I didn't know what to do.

Do they want me to look at them and say hi? or do they want me to keep playing? Should I keep playing since they are clapping for me or should I stop playing since they are clapping for me? All these intircate thoughts bothered me as I was playing the piano, which totally ruined the piece I was playing.

I think playing the piano is similar to dating someone ( Idon't know much about dating but still); you know you sometimes want to show off your relationship to your friends while you sometimes want to spend some time with the person you like somewhere quiet and private, and playing the piano, at least to me, is like that. I sometimes want to have audiences and sometimes don't.
